Kyocera FS-C8020MFP Blank copies from Document feeder

    Hi All

I have a machine that copies ok from the glass but blank copies using the document feeder. I have updated the FW and checked the home position of the scanner all looks ok. Has anyone seen this problem?

    Hi XiX76,

please ceck if the Scannerlock for Machinetransport is set to "Lock", so the Scanner can't move into the correct position for scanning from ADF.

    greetings and good luck

I did this to myself too, LOL. Yes it's really easy to move the scanner lock on the left rear corner of the machine, so that the scanner cannot reach the home position under the slit glass. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
