your new fuser should have come with instructions on " how to" ... you DID replace the fuser right?

        Thank you for advice.
I have not the new fusing unit yet and I'm afraid it might not exist .I could reset drumunit .That has not a fuse, just press buttons.
May be This model is used in Asia and Europe.

I'd like to know if the fusing unit has a fuse to reset.

Could you give me some advice!!

mot sure about that model... most times it is just a flag reset in the NVR

a "flag reset" in NVR changes the fuser life setting in the software from a 1 to a 0 therefore resetting the life counter

              are you a tech?

I'm not a technician.but I have some kind of machines such as Konicaminolta,Sharp,Toshiba and etc.

I wonder Flag reset means likely machine parameter,I ca see the parameter number ,8digit such as 10000101.

Then changing the number, the fuser unit might be reset, right?

Thanks and I try to find out the place to change.

You are so helphull for me.

                Thanks again.

If it were me, I would purchase a service manual, then read the appropriate section. Even an enduser can read a manual, yes? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
                  1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
                  2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
                  3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
                  4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
                  5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

if you just reset the counter and not the fuser you will be running into problems in the future .. they KNOW the approximate life of the fuser.. that's why that message comes up.

Since this machine is used in Asia and Europe, it will be different from the machines that are sold in the United States. Are you in the US or are you in Europe? You can always go to the Muratec website for Japan and request assistance. Here's the link: COMMUNICATION EQUIPMENT | MURATEC,MURATA MACHINERY, LTD.
