MFX4550 jams after fuser

Machine constatly jams at 1 / 2 sided deflector. Paper guide on duplex broke and tech replaced the whole Right hand end door (he's no longer here). It appears that a deflector on the door is pushing the duplex deflector and single sided copies go up rather than turning to the exit.
Anyone seen this?
P S; the tech that is no longer here died, so we can't ask what he did.

Never mind, got it fixed, removed snap on deflectors on r/h end door.

MFX-4550 machine has problem of paper jam during exit,one thing can you check that machine is kept on even surface because it happens when machine is kept on uneven surface.

What I have come across a lot on these Samsung crossbreeds is that the fuser exit flag warps from the heat and doesn't swing back smoothly anymore. Sort of sticks - if you push sensor slowly forward then let go you will notice this, but not if you flip it quickly. But obviuosly not your issue - just an FYI.
