    Multiple Copy machines tracking software

    As we have multiple copy machines (Production and Office systems) on our maitance, we need something helpfull as Tracking software.

    By "Tracking Software" I mean that we could remotly see for every device:

    -toner level
    -suplies level
    -error codes
    -counter
    -etc..

    Does enyone know where we can find it, or if someone have it, can you pleas send it to us.?

      What manufacturer you supply?

      There's many tracking solutions.

          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              For the Konica Minolta and Xerox devices...Also do you know some free software?

                              If you don't want to pay for solutions software, put your phone number on the front of the copier & tell the customer to call you when they need toner or the machine has gone wrong!
