    OKI technical FTP

    Hi All,

    does anyone have a username and password for ftp.osuk.co.uk
    the technical website for oki brand.

    I need technical bulletins for C3530 MFP and cannot find any help on this machine.

    i am not an oki dealer so they wont issue me one.

      LMK what you're having an issue with & I'll see if I can help you. I was trained on the C7400/C9400 & have access to the manuals.

          I might be able to help out with your Oki issue. Anybody that "lent" you thier login would not be very wise. =^..^=
          If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              This is the only tech document on the Oki US site. It lost the format when converting it to .PDF but it's still usable.
