check how many pages have the drum, blade, in case replace. Clean the surface of the magnetic roller with a dry cloth.

I have swopped drum and developer units with another machine to check and the fault doesn't move over with the drum and developer unit to the other machine is stays on the machine even with a different drum unit and developer unit

Have you determined yet whether this is an ADF issue or a printer issue?

Common on Toshiba document feeders: You can get a blur line ~50mm from the trailing edge of the original. Very difficult to resolve with mechanical adjustments. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
