    OKI C833 Error code 310 "Close top cover/ Front Cover"

    Hi,

    Oki c833 is giving error 310 to close top, exit / front cover. While the top and the front covers are already closed. I have checked the open close switches they are working fine (CONTINUITY) I do not know what happened. It started showing this error all of the sudden.

    Can anyone shed some lights here? Please

      Check to see that the 24vdc is present at the door switches. If no, it's pointing towards a fuse on the power supply, or more likely, the whole power supply.
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          Thank you so much for guiding.

          After checking volts at the switch it is found zero. As you said check fuse in the power supply. The fuse is working. Now have to cross check power supply. Can you tell me which component goes dead when the supply does not work?
