What does the Noise sound like? Could be the transfer belt toner hopper that is clocked up bc the waste toner box hopper is not opening properly

That looks like a Kyocera ECOSYS M6535 ... maybe something in the same family?

If the waste toner system is backing up, it will back up through those ports in the transfer belt, back to the transfer belt & drums. Often the auger shaft breaks, so there is no mechanical noise to give away the location of the damage.

It is a major operation to remove the waste toner auger system from the right frame of the machine. I would not attempt it in a customers office.

I had the pleasure of re-assembling a machine that someone else had disassembled over a period of days. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
