This should be easy for someone!
Closest I've seen on here are the "lines of shame" but those solutions didn't work
(see attached) this is a scan of the results from copying

those indeed appear to be lines of shame.
was the initial setup followed exactly in order with no steps skipped?
is time and date correct?

If it only happens when copying, it most likely has something to do with the scanner. You may need to replace the lens/CCD

those are line of shame indeed. something got reset to factory and not set up properly.
