OCE 9400 Roll Empty Error with Full Paper

Hey everyone,

Just a long shot but I have a 9400 scanner and plotter. When I try to print to roll 2 it starts feeding and then tells me the roll is empty. This is after I've inserted a full roll of media. Roll 1 works perfectly. Any suggestions?

u have an defect paper roll holder shaft wheel. white plastic wheel in left back corner.
there are 4 of them holding the paper-roll shaft in place.
this wheel shuldnot turn like the other 3 there are a spacer holding it stuck.

Was the roll support roller the cause of your problem? What did you do to fix roll empty fault?
