    km 6030 with c2300 code

Can't get rid of this one. Fuser and duplex drive for 3 sec and then trips the code. I rpl the fuser drive pack and motors but no luck. Going back with drive bd but any ideas appreciated. Happened after a jam in the eject area removed it and 2300. Fuser bearings r ok and no broken gears. I have info in book. Looking for off the wall stuff. Thanks t

I've seen the coupler shaft get rusty and not move freely, but you've probably already changed that with the fuser drive pack.

I'd also hand drive the duplex area to make sure it turns freely. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Bc. I've even taken the drive pack apart to see if bearings bushings gears etc. Were bound up but nothing. Duplex is free i know the lower gear in the drive pack is driven by the one motor that drives the dup and the other for transfer bed. Cant believe a pcb popped from removing a jam. This one got me. Any other freaky stuff welcomed. Thanks t
