    DP 2310 says charging toner

    Machine has toner and toner motor works for a few seconds and then the machine starts cycling and wont stop.Cannot go into service mode and machine wont do anything. I normally work on toshiba so I am not familiar with this model, cust had one and wanted me to look at it. Thanks Jack

      I suggest you to pull out the toner supply unit and clean it very well. Sometimes I got same problems and the machine worked after the cleaning of toner supply unit.

          Thanks for the responce, it turned out to be the sc board that fixed it.
