    panasonic dp-1520p

    Hi, I have one customer with dp-1520p, when you turn on its is ready to copy, but you press the start button, and nothing happen, only a beep, then I went to service mode, in F2 and it work, i can made copies one by one, thanks for help me

    You could have a number button stuck on the op panel. Try putting in 5 and see if the display changes. If not, a button is stuck.
    Can you print anything from F1 or F9 in service mode?

      yes, I can do that the copier work in service mode F2, in single copy, the start key work great in this mode

            Can't say I've seen this occur before, but to me it sounds like something in your settings has been changed. I would print out the F5/F6 parameters, and check for the "*'s" if you see any it means a setting has been changed, also check your tray settings and obvious things like that. Also if you go into General Settings, you should also be able to print out a list, and you can check to see if the customer possibly changed some setting, maybe set a tray to special paper or something.
