How to get updates from Panasonic?

Can u plz guide how to get regular update about DP-8016/8020? There is another problem with DP-8016 machine, the developer constantly vanishes resulting the copy quality gets lighter. And if the developer is changed the copy quality gets fine. Can any one give a solution to this? I m tired of changing the Developer.
