[Jamming] Panasonic DP-8060 ADF Not Working and Paper Jam After Fusing Unit

    We Have 2 Panasonic DP-8060.

    1. ADF is not working at all. Got the Problem in Power Control Board (Located under Exhaust fan). Replaced with another board and ADF Started working. Is there any setting/Program we have to check/change?

    2. In Second Copier. When we make copy using platen glass it is working fine.
And when make copies using ADF. It stucks after fusing. The guide with the exit unit turns on and paper goes down instead of coming out.

    Please advise.

    Thanks

#2 is normal behaviour when using adf: paper is reversed before exitting copier. If it gets stuck while going down, check your reversing unit .if paper goes down to the bottom but not back up, you might have dirty rollers or not enough pinch. If paper stops before going down, you might have an obstruction in the pass(bits of torn paper?) .

I had 300+ of these turds in a school system...
        Exit problem
-check the sensor inside the inverter. It can get a nick on the face of the actuator, slowing the paper down just enough to trigger a jam. This actuator runs to the frame where the sensor is; this too can break off. Also, the springs on the inverter pinch rolls can disappear sometimes.
-checked the sensors in F4 service mode?
-check the exit door latch. The two metal clips holding in the latch handle can bend.
        Dead ADF
-any response from motors/sensors in F4 service mode?
        -voltage into ADF pwb?
-there is also a setting in F5 service mode to turn on/off the ADF
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
