Have machine with E4-03. This is the second machine in two days. Replaced fuser in one and ordered another. The current one codes out and customer powers machine and it will work for a day or two. Is anyone seeing this problem? I already have a manual. Thanks for reading!

On the top of the fuser (at each end) are two spring and a cam that control pressure. They can break off at the anchor point or can be installed wrong after a PM or dis-assembly. Also, with the fuser out, there is small gear pack in the lower right, rear corner. Make sure there are no chips in the disk in that gear cluster.
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
