95% of the time when I have a copier with those lines, changing the main corona wire fixes it. You can try cleaning them if you like but I've never had much success with that so I just replace them. If the main corona wire doesn't fix it then I replace the drum.
Just because you're not paranoid doesn't mean they're not out to get you.
    O.o

You could try replacing the plastic bases on main and trans/sep charge assemblies. I would also try cleaning the contacts on the drum unit.

        Good Luck.

I know you said you have replaced all coronas, but I'm just making sure... I assume you've replaced the transfer and transfer sep coronas which are located on the slide out ADU section.

But have you replaced the discharge corona (In the drum assembly)?
Also, have you replaced the discharge corona grid?

Both of these could cause this issue random at first, but will get progressively worse.

Usually what I will see is if the discharge corona is dirty or just needs to be replaced -- random lines that almost look like they were drawn with a paint brush. They're not straight, they're thick, and of random lengths, sizes, and positions. Sometimes there's only one and sometimes there's several.

When it's time to replace the discharge corona grid, I will see either the above, and/or it will almost look like the developer is backgrounding when in fact, the grid just needs to be replaced.

          Part Numbers:
          Discharge Corona: PJBEC0013Z
          Corona Grid: DZJL000210

As a temporary solution (Generally we replace discharge corona with the grid @ 240k PM) I've had a lot of luck just cleaning the corona with a green scouring pad and cleaning with alcohol afterwards and it should last till the PM cycle is over, but be careful of it snapping if you don't have a spare. It doesn't take hardly any pressure to clean it. You'll notice the corona is black and when you start to use the scouring pad on it, it will scrape all the junk off of it and will be normal colored again.

If you've already replaced the corona, the grid may be the next item to replace.

I've also had to replace the plastic guide above the coronas in the ADU once for what I assume was some weird static buildup on it after being worn down. Machine had around 1.8mil on it though (DP-6030).

Hope this helps! Best of luck!

Replaced the grid....an it seems as before when I have replaced the other parts I listed fixed it. LOL I have thought it was fixed before ...only time will tell if it stays fixed.

Um, there is no "discharge corona" on DP models; they use a discharge lamp. The unit on top of the drum is the charge corona for the drum surface. The double unit under the drum has transfer on the right, and separation on the left.

I call these "smoke lines" as they are random and look like wisp of gray black smoke and they almost always come from the charge corona. Replacing the wires usually does the trick. Grids routinely last to a million. When you change the wires, be sure to wipe down the inside of the corona housing, especially the ends and corners. On 80xx series, there are tiny plastic wire spacers at each end of the charge corona that can easily fall out during dis assembly.
The transfer/sep corona has 2 screws into plastic blocks at front and back. Over time, these will come loose and cause the entire unit to move as paper passes over it.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
