Check for shorts in the wires to the TDC sensor. Check the toner sensor to see if its stuck. If you already changed the tdc sensor and the toner sensor isnt stuck you may need to replace SP PCB connector. Hope this helps. GL. -
U 13
U 13 is simply a user code ,it means you are out of toner.
also there is a spring loaded coupling that can get hung up on this "plastic cup" you might have to trim the plastic around the coupling in the prossesing unit.
next but this is very rare, if the dev had generic toner or if the customer keeped running the M/C without replacing the toner then you have to
do the dev.Comment
