[Error Code] SC899 intermittenly when scanning to JPEG

Current firmware, new controller. Only happens when scanning to email with JPEG.

Would really help if you listed the model of copier you are working on for us to help you. Without knowing any details the list is pretty long as to what could be causing your issue.

Re-write all firmware - especially NCS and Scanner
    Replace HDD
    Replace Controller
    Replace IPU board

Just out of curiosity, is the machine on DHCP? Very rare but I've had a machine try to connect with an email server on dhcp and have it cause sc899. Switching to static fix it.

Could you try down grading the system firmware.
