Ok got the sp1103-2 printed and scanned to my lap top it looks good to me. I get the fact that you can not fix the customer and am willing to blame the file if only I had the same problem with different copiers. But it does print good on three others one was a MP C5502.

Printer SP 1103-002 will show if the problem is in the engine. If the problem is only when copying, we need to see a scan of the copy from something that we recognize, such as 1103-002, in order to analyze where the problem might be in the scanning or image processing of copying.
Now take that printer SP 1103-002 and copy it. Attach both so we can see the difference.

When you take a picture and the object is close and in the middle, but everything around the object is out of focus, like a flower, or a bee. The customer wants the copier to UN-blur the edges? Are you pulling my leg?

Macro as in lens ZOOOOM's in.....

I thought you where talking about a hidden google browser setting....

Had this problem once on a MP C2500. Had to Clear Settings on Printer SP: 1003 - 001.

Use it with caution as it resets all the settings in Printer tab.

Print the non default SMC and do a Printer Application Clear in Copy SP: 5801-008
Sorry to insist with this but the problem here is with the printer application or printer drivers.
