Common is that hard to start new thread with few words properly describing the problem

Helpful, all. I replaced the black drum and did all the procedures posted, all is well. The drum must have been the major culprit as suggested. Only has 54K but black was barely legible. I know the max life is about 50K and they are not kidding!

It was just a question about about what ACC meant, that was all. I bid you a good day.

Good you have found the culprit. We always hope for parts go some more, in my reality consumables are cause of 90+% of image troubles.

It is low mileage, the color drums are in the 30K range, so they have some life left. I wasn't sure it was the black drum because the customer called and said the prints were so light you could barley see them, so I thought it happened suddenly. Turns out they just did not get around to calling for a long time after prints started getting light.
