After fixing this error code, thxs to LVSB ( below) the copier takes forever in copying and doesn't to anything.

    Now what can that be.

    Rad,

An SC 393-1 is a black TD sensor error during warming up.

        Rad,

Can you print a SMC report?
After pressing the start key is the original being scanned?
My first thought would be hard drive and/or firmware

The original is been scanned, but if I send anything to print like the SMC it like freeze and stays there thinking.

Hmmm... Does the K dev unit work to drive the transfer in this model?
How many pages are there on the K dev unit? Look at SP 7-803-006 to look at the PM counter for the unit. If it's past its yield, replace it and see if that does anything for you.
Also make sure the MUSIC firmware is up to date...

SC 552, put a new fuser and oil unit in the machine. Make sure to clear the PM counter with SP 5-999-009. Also, check all of your connections to the controller just as a precaution. It sounds like something a little flaky is happening to the poor machine.
