    [Misc] Ricoh MP4001: Error while accessing Web Image Monitor

    Dear All!
    I 'm having a little problem that i have never faced before i.e., when i try to access Web Image Monitor on my Ricoh Aficio MP4001, my browser gives me an error stated below.
    Server has a weak ephemeral Diffie-Hellman public key

    Now, I have looked it up at various forums, but all that comes up is related to websites SSL/TLS certificates, and some changes you can make to your browser as a way around to avoid subject problem. If anyone has found a solution to this or even faced this issue, it would helpful if you could share your experience here. Thanks in-advance.

      That's where all the Ricoh techs hang out.
      There is at least one thread there that may have already dealt with that issue.

          Update all the firmware & also try another web browser, Chrome for example.

              You may like to try login into the WIM with "Https://" instead of "Http://".

                  This happens on the newer versions of IE. Using another browser should get around this.
