Looks like the paper is buckling as it's going through the fuser and then dragging on something, try speeding up the fuser motor a little bit.

Old problem, the lube inside the fuser sleeve has dried out and doesn't revolve a the correct speed causing the paper to buckle and hit the fuser feed in guide. You'll find it only happens on the first few copies then whats left of the lube warms up and the sleeve then turns a bit faster. For confirmation check the amount of unfused toner thats built up on the guide.
The only fix is a new sleeve assembly.
At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.

there was a LOT of toner buildup on the fuser guide i cleaned it off, but now that you say this it makes sense, thanks ill get the parts
and dont forget to save the nv ram for future sc5** issues there is a fuser code that sc5801 and 2 will not clear , you have re download the nv ram to fix

          Hi there!
If the problems occur again (after changing the sleeve-roller) then the fusingdrive-motor is bad. (there is a RTB for this problem).
          Greetings...

We have also seen these type problems and (on a few) had to change fuser exit motor speed because a new sleeve didn't totally fix. I found this in a global knowledgebase post:

Change the value of SP1-801-072 (Fusing: High) from -0.6% to -0.1%
