MPC2800 Can't Print PDF

i have MPC2800 thath can't print file PDF. other than PDF like word or jpeg don't have any problem.

Then you have an MP C2800 that works properly, and either a problem with the PC or the PDF reader program (most likely) you're using

Does the machine refuse to print any PDF, or just specific files? It's possible that there's a security restriction on a particular file that prevents printing it.

Do you have a postscript SD/VM card install on the MFD ?
If so, is it migrated onto the printscan SD/VM card as one VM card without error ?
Is the above card in the correct SD slot ?

actualy this is what my cust complain to me. because she said that if using the HP printer can print all files include PDF file. only using that mpc2800 can't print PDF

Fine but we need to know exactly what happens when she tries to print to the MP C2800. I.e. you need to go there and observe what is happening.

the thing is the printer just blinking one time and then nothing came out. i already go there there and take a look. FYI i have try to update the firmware and update the adobe reader to the latest one.

One specific pdf or all?
Have you tried another pc on the network?
Have tried printing from your own laptop?
Have you tried another pdf reader? Example: Foxit reader?
Once again..... If it's printing everything else, it's NOT a machine issue.

Slimslob is just asking for more information.

"Printer blinking one time, nothing came out" isn't much to go on.

What's going on with the spooling, job status, what's blinking exactly and so on.

You're not trying to send a PDF directly not using a print driver, per chance?

You can do that with the newer models, as there is built in firmware to handle it, but on older models (such as this one) the PostScript option is required.

I have one large account that prints from SAP constantly, just LPRing the PDFs, not using a driver. Almost none of their machines have PostScript, and the files print OK. That was not the case with their older machines; they needed the option.

yes i have try my own laptop and still can't print
yes i have try other pc on network still can't print out
other pdf reader? not yet. and i will try that one.
if using other printer machine like HP can print all file and the pdf normaly just this machine
