    Ran into the opposite problem this week where a customer updated their OS to 10, They had the RPCS driver loaded on their old OS and it would not print "word". Reloaded with PCL 6 and all is good.

      The RPCS driver was pretty much put to sleep a few years ago.

      I think it was all in favor of moving to the Universal PCL6.

      Same for the Mini driver...which, BTW, worked great for (dare I say) Word Perfect users.

      I know that at one time, Service training taught the techs to lead with the RPCS.

        Sales training did the same thing as well.......Was never a fan of RPCS and the Ricoh made the pcl 6 driver look like the RPCS driver...........
