[CQ] Image shift when using staple function

We have a Ricoh C4502 that will shift the image to the right around 1/2 inch but only if we use the staple feature. All other copies have normal margins. It has to be a setting but we can not seem to find it.

Are you sure it is the staple function causing this? I know the duplex has an 'offset' & I usually zero out the 'margin shift' settings that are defaulted when running Duplex, thru User Tools.
Is the shift lead to trail? or side to side?

There is some settings that usually we 0.0 out before it goes into the field but sometimes its forgotten. I think its under user tools, copy/doc server feature. Edit tab, there are a bunch of margins in there.
