Hi Sir, Just want to ask how to clear or reset this " You don't have privileges to use this function. Because I will reconfigure the IP ADD. TIA

Login as the administrator. Default is admin and leave password blank. It is the same credentials you use in WIM.

Sir I press User tools>System Setting>Administrator tools>Administrator Authentication Management and "You don't have privileges to use this function" still appears. I think I'm the 3rd customer engineer who handle this unit in our office.

press User tools> before going to system settings, press the login/logout button on the rightside of control panel, just above the simplified display, below main power button, then you can see the login menu. username-admin, password-leave it blank or if not working type password.

Press yellow, 1,4,3, stop, then hold stop

Sp5846-46 This will reset the default admin log in but it will also clear the address book.
