There is 2 cases in this problem
1-if installing a new toner and the machine appear please "insert" the print cartridge and the old one was working good the problem here in the cartridge ship you can change the ship from the old one or in the RFID board

Using the RFID chip from the old cartridge will allow you to use the machine, but it will continue to display that the cartridge is almost out. The percent used of the old cartridge is stored on the chip.

Good day Sirs, I already replaced the toner pump cyan and yellow but still the machine can't detect the new toner or still can't supply to the developer. TIA

The gears in the dev unit often get stripped on this model. I would check to see if everything is turning to allow toner mixing in the dev unit.

Have you tried forced toner supply? There are some cases in which a little push is needed
