i have a problem with the lcd i change the green glass and when try to start the machines the lcd doesnt work i take a picture any idea

Did you run the calibration after you replaced the touch panel?

Hi

It is difficult to see from the photo - is there any image on the lcd?

If not re-check that all the cables are correctly re-inserted on the LCD driver board (on the back of the op panel) when you re-assembled the op panel.

Also check with a torch to see if there is no image on the lcd, as when the backlight lamp fails (or is not plugged into the driver board) you will not see the image on the lcd even if it is there.

Try to check on the web browser for the service call condition....if not try to replace the polygon mirror motor

Was the back light working before you change the "green glass"? It sounds like you might have not gotten all connectors reconnected properly.

The green glass is just the touch pad I assumed posted had a touch issue not dead LCD screen
