OK , I've replaced the toner sensor PCB and cleaned out the copier, Installed OEM toner but it still states reseat the toner.. Problem >> the housing the cartridge goes into at the end, that opens the sliding door for the cartridge , does not close it when removing causing a mess. Question > cause for that ??? next The yellow is not recognized when making contact with the contacts.

If the machine is saying "Toner not set" the most likely cause is the contact for the yellow toner is bent or snapped seen this many times, takes about 90 mins to replace.

If it tries to load the toner after you replace the bottle, then goes back to saying the bottle is empty, then it is a faulty toner hopper. Had a few of these go now, and it is not fun to replace.Comment

I've had to change the hopper housing for this fault.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
