Mp 4000 developer set up not initialize

Can't get the machine to perform sp2801. Does nothing when hit execute. Machine comes to ready. Any ideas?

Did you turn off and restart the machine after executing SP2801???

Is 2208 set to 1? It should be 0. 1 may indicate a bad TD sensor. If that's the case there should also be recent error codes.
Along those lines, could you tell us what is listed in 7403 001 and 7403 002 if you have a chance?
Just a guess, sorry if it is a waste of time.

when you hit execute nothing happens

seems like a touch screen problem

try to perform the ID sensor and see what happen after hitting the execute

if the touchscreen is good, make surethat the firmware is up to date. there was an issuen with dv initialization that was fixed by firmware.
