    mpc3003 curling paper

    Hi,
At the first time I upgrade the firmware, that was a one moths ago, and the problem went away.
    But now its back...
Yes, the paper is moisture due to the much rain we have the last few days here in Belgium, but even than it might not curl so strongly.
And... i know it is an issue with these models...
So, i would be thankful if you can help us.
    Greetings,
    Mark

      Hi.

The suggestion given by Zeldaman is the workaroud (in my point off viewe).

Anyway in some extreme cases i recomend the customer to buy a Tray heater. And than the problema is solved.

Bulletin issued 7 April 2016 has the part numbers for the 120V machines. Check your bulletins for Europe to see if there is on for the 200 Volt
        machines.

In Europe (UK) we have this little option for curling!

If the problem is that the paper is curling into a ball in the exit bin there are different idle rollers that can be installed in the exit assembly that keep paper from doing that, i had to install them on almost all of our 2003/2503 models.

Edit "copier tech" posted the TSB i mention just above me. doh
