    MPC 6502 Paper jam in Fusing Unit

    Hello my friends,

    after a wrong operation,we were do a Reset on Adress 5-801-2 (Engine ).

    After that,the Machine right durring Boot up the maschine shows a Paper Jam ( 001/ LeverD2 ) without Paper.
    We took the information on the Sheet witch is in the front Cover witch uncludes
    the Information for the Laser etc. and programmed it.

    We upodadet the Firmware,we changed the Fusing Unit etc and have still the same problem.

    Any one have an Idea ?

    You either have a stuck sensor arm in the exit unit or a bad door switch.

      if you have a back up of NV RAM then restore it, hope it will work fine.

        Have you had to do an NVRAM reset on this device? If so there is a sensor calibration you need to run before the sensors will work. Engine or full reset use SP1134-001 and run. Result is in SP1134-002 should be between 200 and 400.

          I know this exact issue. You need to change an SP setting, look under mode "fuser entrance sensor" change this to "1" (or if it is 1 change to 0)

            Hi Folks,

            the Info to calibrate the Sensor SP 1134-001 fixed my Problem and i think i dont need to
            backup the NVRAM Data,which i finaly dont have.

            The Machine runs well !
