Replaced sleeve assembly and now we get sc549-000! One page works fine but multiples pops the code.

any ideas?

reset fuser in service mode by the way and yes we swapped the fuse.

The replacement sleeves for this model have a high defective rate. Usually one of the fusing lamps filaments is open, allowing one lamp to energize with just enough heat to come to ready. But one print is enough to throw the temp out of range.
