Mpc 2030 Ricoh color error (see photo attached). People can give me solution

Clean the density sensors then first run SP2111-03(c) followed by Sp2111-01(a)

They try ACC again.

I'm done. sp 2111-01 (a), sp2111-02(b) error,sp 2111-03 ( c) complete

Does it cause by " laze"? what does the" try again acc" mean? Can you explain more?

Did you clean the image density sensor assembly before running forced line position as copier tech said in his first reply? If the sensor is dirty or bad, line position will fail. See the attached bulletin for the proper procedure for cleaning the sensor. As it says in the bulletin, do not use alcohol to clean the sensor.

YES!!! And frequently just properly cleaning the sensor will correct the problem.
