Without firmware I'd go with Elmo's suggestion. Had a tech do a Sp5801-all years ago that caused it. Ricoh had me change the Pressure Roller timing & it went away. They did a firmware to fix it, but the manual Sp setting got rid of it before that came out.

Tried Elmo idea to no avail. Odd it happened after replacing fuser. We swapped the fuser again and it still does it.

Bummer. Was so long ago that I can't remember which Sp or the setting, but it was Pressure Roller timing. Checked & that's what Sp1151 is about. I'd pull out the Birth Cert. & play with the 1151 -2~-5. Since you've replaced the Fuser, I can't see it being a wallowed out gear on both.

BTW the Default for Sp1151-5 is 220. It's the pressure release timing. I'd try lowering that first, since all the other motor timings are for adding pressure. Position 1 is 400; position 2 is 660 & position 3 is 2130.

        Good luck
