          Indeed. Replace the developer units and use original toner, NOT compatible. If you don't, your prints are crap.

                  Looking at your samples it looks like you have a fuser issue, what paper weight are you using? & have you set this in user tools, tray paper settings?
                  Also update the firmware if it still is on original factory.
                  Then run full music & ACC

                      How thick is the media? It appears as though this is a thick paper running as regular paper.
