Hi all
This one has me baffled.
several field techs are reporting the MP2501spf with copies below 100k to start making a dark dirty background on the rear of printed pages with dark lines about 1 1/2 inches long and about as wide appart.
We only use OEM drums and D1589640 dev with these boxes so the plot thickens.
Firmware is the latest that Ricoh will post online so that rules that our too.
Opening the pcu reveals heaps of toner on the area around the mag roller - which in itself is odd.
I would appreciate any help that I can get, as I need to find answers as it seems to be spreading to more and more of this range of machines as time goes on.
