Ricoh 2051 with shadow to next copy

Hi everyone i need to solve my problem i replace the drum but when i use to copy the next paper with shadow followed from word this is a letter for example word apple the next paper with shadow the word apple any idea please give me some help... thanks

Posting a print sample would help.

However if the image repeating is the same colour as the drum you replaced then I'd check the fuser condition.

In case of offset, change these sp modes:

SP1 112 002, from -10 to => 0
SP1 101 010 , 55 => 0
SP1 101 014 , 55 => 0
SP1 101 022 , 55 => 0
SP1 101 026 , 55 => 0
SP1 101 107 , 55 => 0
SP1 101 111 , 55 => 0
SP1 102 006 , 0 => 3

check the condition of the fusing unit. a dirty or worn hot roller could also be the cause.

First are you talking about the Aficio 2051 B/W machine or the MP C2051 color machine?

If it is the B/W machine, did you replace the cleaning blade and cleaning brush? If so, did you use Genuine Ricoh parts or after market parts? I have had problems with after market cleaning blades being either too rigid and damaging the drum surface or to soft and not thoroughly cleaning the drum surface.

I am the one who originally placed that .pdf on CTN. It will not help with off setting and definitely will not be useful on a B/W machine. It's main purpose is to reduce toner hazing and dirty charge rollers.

thank you for your quicky response on my post now i solve the problem i am new for ricoh tech i have checked the fuser section and i saw the web cleaning roller was stucked up coz the gears was broken then the fuser roller also damaged so i replaced both parts.........

Thank you Mr. Breaker for this info i use this for the future if i encouter just in case......my problem is from the fuser roller and the gears of cleaning web roller was worn out...

Yes, you right sir it is dirty and worn out the hot roller...now its working..

the machine aficio 2051 b/w .... i dont know the history about the machine coz the staff not telling the truth what is the previous problem so i replaced the drum. The problem before when i make a copy the density black is uneven or not balance the rear and front and also have scratches, so according to what i have read i replaced the drum and also the developer and i followed the instruction manual steb by step...for finalizing i make a copy and that problem appear....but now is working good i saw there is a problem also from hot roller and the gear from the web cleaning roller......thanks for this info..
