mpc6502 sc410-04

we have an mpc6502 with loads of sc410 -04 we have changed the yellow dev but the sc still comes up I suspect its the drum as they have 1.2 m copies on them and the drum life is 900k is this a common fault as these drums get older as the service manule says its Residual Voltage (Vr) Detection Error (Y) but change the dev or its condensation any pointers please.

Tried the potential sensor that sits above the drum?

If the drums are 300K over life change them, residual voltage is high on a worn out drum.
