Ricoh mpc2503sp email and folder tabs missing

HI EVERYBODY

Has anybody had this before, installed a machine on a short term rental, a reconditioned Ricoh MPC2503 when trying to set up scan to email in address book management the email and folder tab at the bottom along with a few other tabs are missing.

Im thinking with it being a remanufactured machine the previous kep op may have removed privilages in address book, but i cant find a way to bring them back.

I have tried reformatting HD complet + instal stamp and recover the address book
But I can't find the 2 options below
I 've got only 3 tabs on scan menu : NAME - AUTH INFO - PROTECTION
miss : EMAIL - FOLDER

Any suggestions would be appreciated....thanks you

Check the following:

SP5985-01 = 1
SP5985-01 = 1
SP5895-01 = 1

You could also initialize the address book & reset the admin password back to default in special SP mode then use:
SP5846-046

OK I HAVE CHECKED YOUR ADVISE BELOW - IT S OK
I FIND THE SOLUTION FOR MY PRB - I ACTIVED ANY OPTION IN SCANNER MENU AND I FIND ALL OPTION : SANNER + FOLDER

You're welcome. If the machine has had an NVram fitted these settings change
