The new Ricoh's can send meter info over via email anyway! two ways - SP set up then web browser, or the new app on the smart operation panel
Limitation - If email is locked down a rule on someone's email must be written to send out of the network.

We use the APP on the SOP.

If you have latest machines GW 9A onwards and latest system controller firmware installed and SMTP is configured then you can get it automated using SP mode.
