[Electrical] Ricoh MP C2003 developer unit problems

Hello, I'm xerox tech, but I have problem with Ricoh MP C2003 machine and don't know what to do. Machine total counter is about 350K.
Maybe someone has this problem before:
Problem is with CYAN PCU and DEV unit. After changing both machine prints max 10K prints and DEV unit throwing out developer and damaging PCU, before me this machine was serviced by another tech and I don't want blindly change parts and get same result.
What is possible problem?
Maybe someone have acces to RICOH tech database?
I need tech latest tech bulletins and latest firmware.

Maybe I need try to change PCDU (As i good understand this is all unit with PCU and DEV unit)?

The PCU has a 60k PM life & the dev has 120k

In my experience they rarely hit this PM life, change both units they are not expensive.

Both pcu and dev units changed last 3 times but after 10K always all cyan pcu is with lines and developer is missing from dev unit... I think maybe need to try change ALL Cyan PCDU unit?

Is the machine on genuine Ricoh Toner?

Yes on genuine toners only, with other colors no problems, as example black PCU and DEV unit override recourses and working with no problems...

the cyan developer are transferred to the waste bottle and the drum is damaged
SC362-02, SC491-00


Someone has also encountered with a such problem ?

already that you're clean well also all the air filters, this machine has a canalization of the airing pcu very sophisticated, I would not that the problem is caused by excessive ionization of the air around the pcu, however, clean all filter a pm yes, and one no, bad not makes him..he..he ..

kindly check the Ground plate cover the rear side of the PCDU has installed properly or not.
You said somebody else where maintain this MFP before.
DRUM NOT GETTING GROUND PROPERLY THAT'S WHY ITS PULL THE DEVELOPER AND THROUGH TO WAIST BOTTLE.
