[Error Code] MP C4501 - Add Toner then SC364

I recently replaced the whole black PCDU and checked procon results which were good. I previously replaced the black toner pump when the machine first started acting up with an add toner message. Must have a loose harness or something. Anyone seen this before?

sc 364 is TD sensor error ( K )

Is there a seal covering toner entry.

Did you replace both the toner pump and the toner tube? Did you use a new or used pump?

An excellent question. When it comes to this model of machine I always do both brand new. The pumps in these machines seem unreliable after awhile and I think I would be shooting myself by putting a recon K pump in the machine. The low threshold voltage is set properly at it's default of .5 of a volt. I'm wondering if the engine board is no good at this point but you'd think there was other indicators.
