[CQ] MP C4503 K Quality Issue

Hello all, hopefully I can find some advice on what could be causing my issue. Please look at the attached example.

FW updated
Printer & Copier Application memory clear
K Drum/Dev unit
IPU
Imaging IOB
PTR
Re-seated all board harnesses.
Cleaned laser glass

Process control shows 1's across the board. At a loss for what the issue may be. Thank you in advance!

Suspect Black plastic "duct" missing from PCDU if you look at back of a colour unit you will see whats missing from your Black PCDU.

Looks like missing rear PCU cover-missing dev bais-or bad contact of the cover earth strap

I agree with the two posts, if that rear cover is missing or the tiny copper contact is bent out of position you get that exact issue.

The technician had replaced both the K PCU and the Dev unit at the same time. Neither one of these parts are packaged with the rear cover "duct" and was missed upon replacement. Thanks again for the input! Moved a color rear cover to K and the issue jumped with K being fine. Surprised that's not included with either part!

It is now,the design of the dev unit has changed meaning you cannot use the old cover on the new dev unit.
