try to setup your router for virtual lan on one port,, so you can setup different ip addresses.

This sounds like a problem with a Windows updates from about 1 year ago.

You can't ping other class ip???
              Only in the same network??

I had a similar issue with a router. The machine can't reach the computers behind the router, but the computers can reach the machine.
This is because the router haven't routing to the computers. This is a network issue.

I don't about Sharp, but maybe the Sharp allowed building a routing table. Ricoh does not. You could try building a routing table on the gateway/router.

                    Ok. How about network permissions?
I have a client that need the MAC address to fix a IP to it, and then give permissions to access to other networks.
