[CQ] SPC252 Faint copies prints OK

Hi all,

I have been asked to at this one, an SPC252 that prints fine but copies are faint.

Not really sure where to start in this one, I don't work on many SPC models, I mainly work on the office Ricoh range.

Machine is only a few months old & has done few clicks.

Any suggestions appreciated!

Check if toner save enabled, affects copy but not so much print.

Same on all the SP's.

This was exactly the issue, it made a dramatic difference turning toner saver off on copies.

Easiest call ever, thank you for the tip! 😉
