Becouse i Cant find it to buy new in my country

Why would you need to? when the toner says empty simply fit a new one, they come with chips!?

Toner is full but the problem in the chip need to change but i cant find it in my country

Send the toner back to your supplier it is clearly faulty

do you know any SP MODE TO disable chip ?

Pixel count and AIO rotation distance use for computing toner end/near end are stored on the AIO itself. Only way to replace the chip is to replace the AIO.
