I am having an issue with the mp 4055 and the mpc 4504 using the pause when in memory fax. For example when dialing to reach an outside line the customer should be able to dial 9 pause pause 555-5555. The pauses show up on the screen but there is no space when it dials the number. It works fine on onhook dial but not on memory. Older models never had this issue.

As an alternate solution you might look in the fax service setting to see if you have something called "xxx milliseconds between dialed digits."
I accidentally discovered this on a Toshy fax card the other day. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
